  I'm a sucker for Jimmy John's #5 with hot peppers. Been to this location several times and do like the food HOWEVER today when I was eating, an employee stood on the drink counter to dig around in the ice dispenser - He STOOD in his dirty shoes on the counter. Three guesses on when he went back and cleaned that counter where people prepare their drinks.

  You guessed it, He never did - so what other blatant health violations are happening at this location?  Ugh! Also, there were 6 other employees there, do none of them have the common sense to know that this is pretty sketchy behavior?

  This store is consistent with other local JJ's.  It's generally clean and the employees are friendly and efficient.  On a couple occasions the bread here has been what seemed like day old, a bit dry and tough.  Otherwise I've had nothing but good experiences here.

  I went threw the drive through and the person working the window said "jimmy johns" and that was it didn't ask what I wanted or anything so then I just said my order and he said "k" on my order I also ordered no tomatoes because I'm allergic to them. They took forever to make my sandwich and I got all the way home and there was tomato's on my sandwich. Terrible service the guy at the window was rude and sounded like he had no time to help me like wtf bro that's your job

  Today I went to my favorite Jimmy Johns. I went through drive thru and when I got home discovered that my bread was a little crunchy. We called and asked the store if they could do anything and they literally drove to our house and delivered us two fresh sandwiches with their perfect bread!! I am pregnant so this was music to my ears! I will definitely be back and appreciate their kindness!

  First couple times my deliveries rocked, so I'm not sure what's happened.
  Today my delivery took over 25 minutes to get here during my lunch hour, meaning I only had half the time to eat. Last time I ordered it took super long and the delivery girl told me my order had just been sitting there for who knows how long! Mind you this location is right up the street from me, 6 minutes away.
  Maybe next time I won't take the chance when I'm hungry and order from somewhere else, you know, fool me once...
  basically if you're really hungry I would give this location a second thought, as they don't live up to their slogan half the time.
